Restorative Resources' Volunteers are motivated to participate in restorative work because they care deeply about our community that we live in. They also share a passion for working with people and a desire to make a difference in other’s lives. They come with their own stories to share, a wide variety of backgrounds, a dedication to restorative process, and a common desire to improve our community's response to conflict, crime, and inequities. They have experienced the ability for restorative justice to be a vehicle for positive change in so many lives. 

We hope you will consider joining our dedicated, committed, and caring group ​of volunteers!
