TWO-DAY RESTORATIVE DISCIPLINE TRAINING

This training is open to all 7th and 8th grade teachers. It focuses on exploring the restorative approaches and processes for healing harms among students, school staff, and student families. For more information, please contact Maria Freebairn-Smith  mariafree@restorativeresources.org

ON-SITE RESTORATIVE DIALOGUE CIRCLES

These on-site, small group student circles at select middle school sites in Sonoma County are meant to be a place where students can build community and accountability with one another. Over a 12-week course, students spend intentional time building collective values with one another and look deeply at what it means to be in respectful community. Students will have the opportunity to explore their own unique gifts and develop skills in honest communication.

RESTORATIVE CONFERENCING

After a significant incident of harm has occurred, schools can reach out directly to Restorative Resources for assistance in facilitating a restorative conference in order to provide understanding and healing for those who were affected by the incident.

ACCOUNTABILITY CIRCLE

The accountability circle is a 12-week process that operates at the Restorative Resources office in Santa Rosa, for select students who need additional support and mentorship in order to move away from harmful behaviors and step into their creative power and true gifts.
