RESTORATIVE DIALOGUE CIRCLES
This program offers the same opportunity for self-reflection, equity of voice, ownership of responsibility, relational skill-building and values clarification found in an Accountability Circle but without the inclusion of a Restorative Conference .

Restorative dialogue circles largely follow the Accountability Circle’s curriculum—focusing on personal, emotional growth, accountability, equity of voice, and decision making skills. These ongoing circles happen both on site at schools, and within the juvenile Hall facility. They are intended to prevent future harms in the community, strengthen peer relationships and serve to develop a deeper sense of self- respect.
